open-vm-tools.tcz fails bcoz gtkmm-2.24.tcz not found

I just did a frugal install of 7.1 using tc-install on my VM. I replaced the corepure64.gz and vmlinuz64 to get my TinyCore64 7.1 VM running. I tried to install open-vm-tools.tcz from apps and it failed. Trying it install using prompt gave me the error:

Downloading: gtkmm-2.24.tcz
Connecting to distro.ibiblio.org (152.19.134.43:80)
wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Simple fix?
