JLS - I used that base package list and I got libmount1 imported with it. 

Onyarian - can you re-import with your /opt/debextra entries intact to ensure that was not an issue?

In my previous post there was not a reimported, it was a updated one.

I have repeat the same with my normal /opt/debextra and turns the failed xorg-all.

My debextra are:

If I delete the entries in /opt/debextra and then sce-update xorg-all the result is a good xorg-all with libmount1

If you delete "http://archive.canonical.com/ precise partner" from /opt/debextra does that help?  As that appears to be a precise repo and not trusty.

I have detected which debextra causes the problem, and is not "http://archive.canonical.com/ precise partner",
it's the "http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu trusty-updates main"

when I delete this debextra the sce-update is the correct xorg-all, but when is present then the sce-update is the wrong one.
I've done a few tests to check all the possibilities.
