Can we have a Lynx that support https?
« on: April 04, 2016, 11:04:49 AM »
Hi,

Unfortunately the current Lynx version doesn't support https whereas there are quite some websites that I'd like to be able to access.
Can we have a Lynx version that does support it (I understand it is a compilation option)

Kind regards,
Pengo

Hi,

for low power use you can use busybox-httpd and stunnel.

The busybox-httpd has the https option, but when enabled, it reports info that the SSL support is not enabled during compilation.
Guess that we need to recompile it with the https SSL enabled.
