new posts only display

Is there a way to display only the new posts?

down near the bottom - "View the most recent posts on the forum."

If you change the theme to the Babylon or SMF Default Theme ones (in your User Profile -> Modify Profile -> Look & Layout Preferences) the 'Show Unread Posts' link will be right at the top of the forum page, next to your avatar.
