Screen Resolution in TC 7.0

I just upgraded to TC 7.0 and got my apps working again, but I'm having an issue with low monitor resolution. The monitor has an optimal resolution of 1920x1080, and I was able to get this in TC 6.x using Xorg with the xf86-video-nv extension. However this extension is not available in TC 7.0, and anyway didn't resolve the problem when I downloaded it from the 6.x repository. Unfortunately I've got a 6 year old box that according to lspci uses an "NVIDIA Corporation C61 [GeForce 6150SE nForce 430] (rev A2)" VGA compatible controller. Lots of entries in the forum about Nvidia and Xorg but I'm unsure if there's anything worth trying, or what I should try first.

Your card needs either the nv open-source driver, or the 304 series binary driver from Nvidia. Neither is in the repo unfortunately, but building xf86-video-nv should be rather simple, if you'd like to try?

I've already built the Nvidia proprietary 352.63 and 340.96 drivers for TC-7 repo, but was waiting for someone who had hardware needing the 304 drivers to test it on, so let me take a stab at this over the weekend and maybe you'll test it for me??  Sorry I don't have any equipment of that era to test an early driver on.

Ok thane, a recap for folks also looking for a solution for older Nvidia video cards..

The nvidia-304.131-4.2.9-tinycore x86 modules extension I pm'd you works fine, awesome that's great news thanks for testing. 
I'll submit this extension to the tc-7.x repo asap.
