hi friends,

my goal is to reach a highly minimized optimized system.
only needed packages and files should be installed.

in debian i highly appreciate localpurge, that purges unwanted localized files.
in my dcore installation:
tc@box:~/mnt/tmp/tcloop/200-multimedia-jessie/usr/share/locale$ du -sh
124M

is there a chance to use a tool comparing to localpurge?

some package have huge and heavy dependencies...
i would appreciate withhold-lists that prevent packages from being installed by dependencies.

thank you for your interest.
