tc-wbarconf is missing libfltk.so.1.1

I'm excited to greet all the awesome people of this warm community. Thank you so much for your time and patience.

Just installed a piCore 7.0 on a RaPi B+. Ran tce-load -iw TC to install the GUI. Just for fun went through the buttons in ControlPanel. Clicking on tcWbarConf did nothing. Trying to run tc-wbarconf ended up with: error while loading shared libraries: libfltk.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

There's a libfltk.so.1.3 in the system...

Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
