evilwm - window's behavior problem
« on: June 11, 2009, 06:11:11 PM »
i am running microcore which runs very well. i want to use evilwm, but when i load an app (f.ex. sylpheed, openoffice etc.) and run the app, impossible to use the window within which the app shows up (can't close it, move it, resize it etc.); i have to ctrl+alt+backspace and startx again in order to use the app. correctly. this appears each time when i want to load and to run a new app. how to avoid it?

Everything works fine when I use evilwm with tinycore. Here is the evilwm usage page: http://www.6809.org.uk/evilwm/usage.shtml

You can close windows with ctrl+alt+esc
to move you need to left click on the border (1 pixel) and drag it, to resize use the middle mouse button

Edit: I see what you are talking about now. There is a bug in the restart script so it is not restarting. I'll get this fixed and resubmit it. Thanks
