Gstreamer on wily doesn't play video

Hi. Both rage player and enlightenment file manager preview don't play video. I see they look for libx264.142 which isn't available on wily. On trusty it works. Thanks

I remember rage was prebuilt, and is enlightenment from a third party repo?  If so, then there is the possibility of dependency needs unmet by a certain Debian/Ubuntu repo.
