Ubuntu Wily

Ubuntu Wily is planned to have it's final release in Oct 22.  I aim to have a dCore-wily by then, probably before the end of this month if time allows.

dCore-wily is now running fine on my system with all the stuff I have installed normally on dCore.  Expect a release candidate in the coming days.
