Defaulf tcz package list
« on: August 21, 2015, 07:13:10 AM »
I have some general question. After boot of "virgin" piCore (I am on 6.0-SSH), there are some tcz packages installed by default. As documentation describes, in /mnt/mmcblk0p2/tce/onboot.lst there are list of tcz packages located, which has

mc.tcz
openssh.tcz
zip.tcz

But there are much more tcz packages in tce folder, and some of them are loaded as well, for example pcre.tcz and so on.
Is there one more list with loadable packages? If yes, where it is located? I could not find it on the first try... Or when listed packages are loaded, they check for dependencies and loads some extra packages automatically?

This happens because the extension dependencies are recursive.

Hi  andriusr: Hope my answer will help . You may look at the tce/optional folder all.tcz inside this folder are normally  installed. Programs plus dependencies.
Using control panel System Stats Installed you can see the installed programs.
t(w)o be(ers) or not t(w)o be(ers) that is the question
