What about adding the link to the README dir on the download page of the tc site?

Since we rely on READMEs in dCore rather than info files, I will do that soon for x86 and armv7.

In fact, I may add a command perhaps called readme that will operate like sce-import.  "readme xorg" will download and display the readme for xorg, or just readme and that will produce a list of readmes to choose from.  Kinda like the man command.  Would be simple to do.
