background in wbar becomes previous screen background color

In microcore 2rc4 with core extensions downloaded today plus jwm.

I was just playing around with the background function  in cpanel and noticed that the wbar background becomes the previous screen background when I change the screen color more than one time. For example:

1. screen blue -> red
wbar blue
 
2. screen -> green
wbar -> red

and so on ...

I have posted updated to jwm.tce and jwm.tcz with adjustment for timing issue.
Of course, you can always right click on wbar to restart wbar,
