tcztools ....?
« on: March 20, 2015, 10:17:01 AM »
Hi everyone,

I need to create an extension for raspberry but I don't find tcztools extension on repo 6.x neither on repo 5.x or 4.x.
It's tcztools just for x86 arhitecture and I must use an x86 PC to create an extension for raspberyy pi ?

I installed  java jdk 1.8 and the directory has about 170 Mb and if I put the folder for backup, it take too much time to create the backup file. For this reason I need to create the extension.

Thank you for advice,
Best regards,
imaad

No idea what tcztool is doing. To create a tcz file you need only mksquashfs from squashfs-tools.tcz

The first shaded area on the referenced page gives instructions on installing tcztools.  But remember that it is not an official Tiny Core extension.
