Crucial is using TinyCoreLinux

Hi.
I have updated my Crucial MX100 128GB SSD. And given the flaw of the ISO, I manage for the fun of it to make an ISO remix that is both EFI bootable and hybrid.
Along the way, I have discovered that the ISO is using in fact Tiny Core Linux.
Shouldn't Crucial show it one way or another ? At least displaying the GPL/v2 license ?
Look at "Download firmware" in
http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/support-ssd
for MX100 firmware. May be possibly other firmware update too
Aren't you proud ?

We were aware of them using it, and yes, they should mention the license, and host sources.
