The info/dep files might need adjusting to take the split of the gcc-binutils extension into gcc and binutils into account?

The latest update took care of that in the info and dep files.

gfortran.tczl.info stands corrected.

gfortran.tczl's info file doesn't have the correct change log. The last info file above is correct, but the one in the repository is different.
gfortran.tcel looks correct
