updatesce updates infinitely the same sces

with "updatesce -a"
i get following message:
...
The above SCEs are about to be updated.  Press Enter to proceed, y to view package updates, or Ctrl-C to abort..y
...
but the answer y shows no update-package-list and the unneeded merge-process starts.

with "updatesce -a -c"
i get an empty update-request-report.
