Copy pysqlite2 from 4.x repo to 5.x repo ?
« on: January 15, 2015, 11:39:35 PM »
Hi all,

Any chance the pysqlite2.tcz extension currently available in the 3.x and 4.x repo's can be copied over to the 5.x repo ?

I recently had rdiffweb.tcz approved, however its missing a dependency.

I should have checked it was in the 5.x repo, instead of assuming it was.

Thanks All,
Remus

What are the benefits of this module over stock sqlite3 module which is part of Python by default?

BTW, it was last updated in November 2013 :(

pysqlite2 is listed as one of the programs dependency here http://www.patrikdufresne.com/en/development-version-rdiffweb/

I've not tried the app without pysqlite2.

Thanks,
Remus.
