Mounting from an offset

How can I mount a file system, whose offset inside an image file I know? The busybox version of mount does not seem to recognize the offset parameter. I have not found a normal version of mount in the extensions. Is there one? TC 5.4 here.

open the apps gui, toggle "search" to "provides", type "mount" <enter>
