Debian Stretch has been in a full freeze since Feb 5, which for our purposes can be considered stable enough for a dCore release.  dCore-stretch is now in the release area with a kernel update to 4.8.17.  The kernel was built on dCore-stretch which will make it easier for users to build additional modules if needed.  The main Debian dCores will have thier kernel built on that dCore version, the Ubuntu dCores will use the latest LTS release, so future non LTS versions will share the kernel version with the current LTS release.
