some tcz are not autoloaded

I've noticed that some extensions, for example alsa-modules-2.6.29.1-tinycore.tczm and v4l-dvb-2.6.29.1-tinycore.tczm, are not being loaded during startup, but if I install them when the system is already running, there are no problems.

You didn't state which version you are using.
You can find which version from a shell prompt, type:

version

If 2.0rc3, then it has been fixed in 2.0rc4
