wbar without shifting icons
« on: April 29, 2014, 07:07:08 AM »
Hello I have a wbar with only one shortcut and the shifting icons makes no sense and feels like its just teasing the user when pointed at.
Is there a way to disable it, i played around with all the options and nothing seems to make it stop :)
I have normaly used dockapps to create desktop shortcuts, is that the only way to go?

If I understand correctly, then yes. You can edit  ~/.wbarconf  or use the GUI tool  tc-wbarconf  to add the  --nanim  option (number of animated icons:1,3,5,7,9,...).
Default is  --nanim 3  , I changed it to  --nanim 1 .
(  --zoomf 0.0  might be useful, too.)
Then execute  wbar.sh  in a terminal to restart wbar.
