Possible bug in Apps utility

I've just installed TC4.7.7 and when I tell the Apps utility to  Search  for  fire  it returns 14 results. Firefoxandflash  is missing from the list.
I noticed that the info file for  firefoxandflash  is missing a  Tags:  field and suspect that may be the cause. The AppBrowser utility from
TC4.1 does not exhibit this behavior.
