Ok i dont see the taskbar for some reason
also i have no clue how to install this :(
oh yea and how can i drag all windows?

Should say which version and something about your hardware.
I am guessing that your display cannot handle 1024x768, perhaps it is an 800x600?

Either reboot and add boot option xsetup see F2 anf F3 at first boot prompt
or press Ctrl-Alt_Bksp to get to a prompt and type xsetup.sh to adjust screen size.
