dCore-5.14.03.09 released

Team Tinycore is pleased to announce the release of dCore-5.14.03.09

Major theme is the ability to use existing SCE extensions as dependencies of imported apps to reduce extension size due to package duplication across SCEs.

Hi Jason,
I am a little bit confused about the versioning: Is dCore  dCore-5.14.03.09 in ../release-candidates a beta of dCore v.5.3?
I am till catching up with the latest amazing improvements made on dCore....long nights

Hi LDS.

The dCore-5.14.3.09 is in release, the dCore.gz in release_candidates is the latest release candidate.  There is always a latest release candidate that will become the next release. 

dCore uses date versioning, it does not have parallel 5.x releases alongside Core as the developments are different.
