[remaster] software

Hi everyone! I' m new in the forum. I have a problem with a program based on on tiny core linux.
So that's how my story began.

I had some serious problems with my network signal so I decided to buy a booster antenna. I bought the [remaster] booster antenna and before I start I put the cd disk (included in the packet) in my laptop's cd drive. The guide asked for restart my computer and wait to boot the disk. (Later I understood that it wasn't necessary to run the cd because the antenna founded by my computer automatically.) BUT the when I closed the linux software my cd drive didn't appear in my bios and equivalently in my windows 7 and linux mint. The green light is always open in my hard drive when my laptop is open. Do you have any idea what caused this unexpected block and how to resolve it?

We do NOT support remasters here.
People supplying remasters MUST provide their own support.
Core could not do anything to make your cd drive disappear from your BIOS.
You have a hardware problem.
