Xorg-7.7-3d refactored

Note that libEGL has been split out from Xorg-7.7-3d in order to avoid the need to load all 18MB+ of the extension in order to have glamor-egl 2d acceleration with the intel video driver

Xorg-7.7-3d, Xorg-7.7-3d-dev, glamor-egl, glamor-egl-dev and xf86-video-intel will need to be updated to take advantage of the changes.
