CRLF line terminators

I have seen some info files that were made with text editors that use CRLF line termintators.  That usually means the file was edited on a Windows machine.  CRLF line terminators make the info file lood strange in the appbrowser.  The solution is to only edit info files on a Linux/Unix system.

I have added a check for this in the audit script, and it will convert CRLF to standard LF.
