(1/1)
Jason W:
Team Tinycore is pleased to announce the release of dCore-5.14.01.01.
Major highlights are:
* The ability to use additional Debian repos and backports.
* Support for Packages.bz2 files on mirrors that list more than one arch's packages in the same package file
Full changelog viewable on our git page:

Happy new year and thanx AJson for this new release!
some questions:
* dCore-5.14.01.01 also prent in the rc area, why?
* since now we can add other repos, seamonkey is present in the ubuntuzilla repo so it can be removed from the dCore repo. I actually haven't tested if it works or not.
* what is firefox-dep in the PKGADDDEP file?
thanks in advance
Jason W:
The dCore related file are now removed from the release candidate area, thanks for pointing that out as I forgot to do that earlier.
I will remove the prebuilt seamonkey, I will likely not spend much time maintaining Firefox myself as there is at least one available through other repos.
Firefox-dep is a set of deps that can be installed if one wants to download and use a firefox from another repo. The one from Linux Mint does not have a list of deps, but if I simple name the entry firefox, then the A10 port will act like it is installing firefox when it will be missing firefox but will have the deps included in the sce. I am thinking of other ways to address this also.
Thanks.

OK,
What is dCore? Is there some documentation for it?
Thanks,
R.
