when i run adobe-air installer , it said only for rpm or debian based linux.

Adobe AIR could not be installed because this is not a supported Linux distribution. Only RPM- and Debian-based Linux distributions are supported.

still trying to make it works..

flex is available and is just an unzip and run scripts - no installation. I use it on Arch linux.

You can configure vim for actionscript syntax highlighting - and vim recognises the mouse so it's not a total nightmare to use.
