wander44:
Hi,
i have been looking to install VNC on Core plus. I want to build a remote Intarnet kiosk to only run chrome plus be able to assist people. I currently use VNC and would like to load into core plus but have not been able to locate in the APP
can someone help me please. :)

xtropx:
I am not finding it either. I have searched the repo in the app browser and tried different ones. I have also tried to use http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:app_browser
I didn't have this problem on TinyCore, just Tiny Core Plus

Can anyone help?

tinypoodle:
It is not at all clear what you mean, depending on boot parameters CorePlus has more options than Tinycore, but both are accessing the exact same repo for extensions.

xtropx:
Well I bring up APPS menu, then I go to CLOUD (Remote) BROWSE
I scroll through the menu and I see NOTHING for VNC! No tightvnc no realvnc no tigervnc no xvcnc at all! When I search there is nothing listed either! Things like firefox and openssh are there, but no VNC!
When I tell tinycore to use the fastest mirror it finds        http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/
I have tried other mirrors.

Juanito:
there are a number of vnc extensions in the 4.x repo, but none at the moment in the 5.x repo.

If you'd like to test the vnc extensions from the 4.x repo they can be moved to the 5.x repo once confirmed working.
