why sce and not tcz

I undertand sce which are self contained, but I'd prefer tcz with dep files, so no redundancies.
I also I don't understand why there are .debs in the import dir, maybe for updatecheck? in this case it could be enough to keep just the md5 of the debs.

If you prefer tcz with dep files, so no redundancies then stay with Core.
Don't ask dCore to be Core when we already offer Core.

deb files are stored so that common ones don't have to be downloaded repeatedly.
