The ones you need at least  ;)

Note that they will need renaming gstreamer-0.1, gst-plugins-base-0.1, etc if they're to be used in tc-5.x

No - but the names of the start-up scripts (if any) in the extensions would need to be changed to match that of the renamed extension.

Gstreamer 1.0 is not compatible with 0.1, so the check rightfully fails even though it's a bigger version number.
