5.x users of firefox --read when you get a chance pls

Where are you downloading flash11.tcz? I can't find either flash11.tcz or GetFlash11.tcz in Apps Browser. I don't have those links in /usr/local/ since this Firefox is downloaded and installed from a script. Not sure how this is going to work with flash at this point.

I just copyed flash11.tcz from an TC 4.7.7 installation and used that in 5.0.
It was created by getFlash11.tcz which I think could also work in 5.0 but I haven't tryed.

getFlash11.tcz works in 5.0 (at least for firefox.tcz).

Okay, so i was browsing the Apps Browser in TC 5.0 until i noticed they have recently submitted Getflash11.tcz. So i went through the regular procedure of OnBoot installation and it sure works with the script. I'll keep you up-to-date with this and when newer versions of Firefox come out, thanks again.

You don't need to add getFlash11.tcz onboot.
Just like gordonselfish's firefox-get, it has to run only one time.

Yes, I have been referring to gordonselfish's firefox-get script in this thread. I'm aware that i don't need Getflash11.tcz in OnBoot since it only needs flash11.tcz, but for some reason it has placed both in OnBoot, so i just need to go into OnBoot maintenance and delete Getflash11.tcz.

Great, so firefox still seems to check default folders for plugins even if installed somwhere else.

In case you are not aware, in Appbrowser, you can click on the button on the lower left that sais "OnBoot" and then choose "Download + Load" so it won't be added to the onboot.lst.
