The alsamixer show me only the internal soundcard hd intel.
The usb card an asus one usb audio class 2 is not showed in alsa mixer.
Why?

Hi
If you don't want to use the intel at all, then blacklist its module by editting your bootloader so it has this string in it
Quote
blacklist snd_hda_intel
http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:setting_up_sound
Upon reboot with usb device connected at boot up, run alsamixer again
If no card shows you may need to post a few more details, but ideally the usb device will gain index=0 value
good luck
