Hi, i installed the latest wbar version on my 4.4 tiny core linux but i have noticed that seems a bug: if i try to configure wbar by the utility in the control panel or by editing .wbarconf and then restart xvesa, the wbar does not appear. I think the issue is on a bash script present on the wbar.tcz package.

It is not a bug when you mix incompatible versions.
Please see: http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,13130.msg72439.html#msg72439
In version Core 4.5 wbar was upgraded to 2.3 and has different configuration file.
You should upgrade. Be sure to read announcements in TCB News.

Ok, thanks. I solved replacing .wbarconf with the .wbar by deleting the link and editing this file directly on my home.

The "core" with the different extensions should be two different things, being possible to choice between the presence or not of a gui. The configs have to be included on their extensions only, i think.

They are separate. What was the issue was in your home dir.
You basically followed the instructions in the 4.5 announcement
