Wayland + android drivers

Hello all!
I saw this article in Phoronix :
http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=MTM0OTE
That made me think if we could try to compile Wayland to work with Core and do the same as Jolla (using android drivers) to get the maximum of our ARM devices.
What do you think?

As most GPU drivers seem to be crappy, I'd rather go for the DirectFB approach... If I knew how to get it by myself...
Seriously, I'm a bit sceptic on Wayland, atm.
