Writing TCP ISO 2 Flash

Greetings!
My PC's burner has a marginal laser, so is it possible to write the TCP ISO directly to the USB Flash Stick?
I have seen it done successfully on other Distro's.

The coreplus iso is a hybrid iso and can be coppied directly to a small flash stick.
Just use dd.
You can then boot it and use it to do a normal install to hd or flash drive.
