The md5sum files of pycairo and pygtk had .tce instead of .tcel as the filename mentioned in both 1.x and 2.x repo.  Fixed now.

I think there are still problems with the md5, at least in pygtk ???

md5 is ok with pygtk.{tcel,tczl} as well as permissions.  There is something that is preventing the tce version from loading.  Will check on it.
