pixman-dev.tcz giving 404 FNF error

pixman-dev.tcz is not in the ibiblio x86_64 repository.  Would really like to get this file, for compiling other extensions :-)

Hmm - everything except pixman-dev.tcz was there (.info, .list, etc)...

Uploaded now - you should be good to go
