Was a permission error on server. Fixed.

This time I tested via a fresh install using CorePlus 4.7.3 and downloading everything, first firefox, OSS, and getFllash11. It worked as expected.

I tried it again this morning and this time it finally went through successfully with the installation. Thank you so much.
