TC 4.7 centerim-encrypt problem

Excuse me for my english, its really poor 

Problem in following:

As im understand, centerim storing configuration in /home/tc folder, which saved on flash in backup time.
But after reboot im starting centerim and not see my account information, although im see my account information in /home/tc/.centerim/config file.
It have '600' permissions, but im run centerim with sudo prefix.

Moreover, PGP keys in GNU Privacy Assistant are not disappear after reboot, but im cant use any key in centerim - it says only "Use no key" in select PGP key dialog.

Hmm, but if im runnig simple centerim, without sudo, its all OK.
