I've just dowloaded tinycore-current, but at boot process it writes, that it is microcore. At your screenshots about installation tinycore all right. Check it please, because nowhere a current version of tinycore exists, all of them directing mt to your Download page

TinyCore is no longer a separate edition, it's just core with some bundled extensions in the iso.

If yours doesn't boot to X, that's a separate topic.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

Here "http"://"distro.ibiblio.org"/"linux"/"tc_005_ib.html"
instead "Tiny core is distributed ...." -> "Microcore is distributed ...."
How can I boot to X?
startx doesn't work
xinit makes no effect at all
