lst boot parameter

looking at tce-setup it seems that the lst parameter is used for loading both cde and tce extensions, I propose to add different lst parameter for cde which could be called cdelst.
Regarding fromISO instead it doesn't seems to support the lst parms at all, so as before I ask Roberts to add an isolst param.
