chart of dependencies

Take example of audacity1.3.x
Its dependencies are
flac.tcz
libsndfile.tcz
ffmpeg-0.7.tcz
libid3tag.tcz
soundtouch.tcz
libmad.tcz
libvorbis.tcz
libsamplerate.tcz
wxgtk.tcz
gtk2.tcz

Here ffmpeg has following namely
libasound.tcz
libavcodec52.tcz
libavdevice52.tcz
libavfilter1.tcz
libavformat52.tcz
libavutil50.tcz
libpostproc51.tcz
libswscale0.tcz
libvpx0.tcz
jack-lib.tcz

Further,
ALso the description for audacity1.3.x says 'alsa not mentioned in dep. But it should be running .'

Is there a chart of dependencies down to basic ?

If you click on the  Size  tab in AppBrowser, you will see all the dependencies.

I am not sure what you are asking, but most audio programs require that you have either alsa or OSS running.
Since it is your choice and you can't have both, it is not possible to include a complete dependency list.
