A couple of issues...


Icecat fails to start via the menu and command line.

Starting in a terminal

/apps/icecat/bin/icecat

XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /apps/icecat/pkgbase/libxpcom.so:
libasound.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.Loaded libasound.tcz

Icecat then starts as expected.




Icecat does not detect all fonts.

shareThe bitstream-vera fonts are listed together with sundry other fonts I have not installed.  The dejavu are not listed.  A screenshot is attached to illustrate the issue.

The symptoms are the same as the pending bug for firefox.scm

Loading rox-filer.tcz enables the SCM and TCZ fonts to be found and also does not display most of the fonts I have not installed.
