What you looked at is a text file of the directory listing of the repo which only gets updated periodically.

Hi Rich
What I want to do is download it from the main repo http://repo.tinycorelinux.net, via the usual System Tools-->SCM Apps-->Apps-->Cloud-->Browse but it is not shown as available for download. That is what prompted my earlier question asking if there is a delay between uploading and it being listed as available.

Normally, probably not. Likely just an oversight, the script to update the list of available extensions was not run.
