copy2fs.flg doesn't "always" work

I've copy2fs.flg in my tcedir (sda2/tcebuild) and after the boot if I issue the mount command I see that all the tczs are on the filesystem.
Then from a terminal I did

   tce-load -i /mnt/sda2/tce/optional/gparted.tcz but this tcz and its dep are not copied but mounted

Not a bug. Given that you stated

The copy2fs.flg only applies to the tcedir in which it resides. And only one tce directory is currently supported.

However, as indicated in your post,  by using the lower level command tce-load, one can specify arbitrary locations from which to load. When one wishes to load "copy2fs" then the -c flag is required!

tce-load -ic /mnt/sda2/tce/optional/gparted.tcz
