Celtx help
« on: April 01, 2012, 08:47:51 PM »
Because I am a mascochist, I'm attempting Script Frenzy this year. Unfortunately, the online version of Celtx doesn't have an instant way to view the page count (you have to save it to pdf and open it) so I'm trying to install the linux desktop version of Celtx on my Tinycore laptop.

I was able to get it downloaded and un-tarred and ./celtx'd it, but the intro screen is just blank. The window physically opens, it just doesn't load what it's supposed to. Any ideas?

Update: I figured out that if I click around on the blank box, stuff will happen. For example, I double-clicked close to the left-hand bottom corner and a blank window titled "untitled" shows up. When I tried to close it a smaller blank box popped up titled "save project". So the buttons are there, it's just that nothing is visible.
