Can the extensions be fully loaded into RAM at boot-time?
« on: March 19, 2012, 11:58:23 AM »
Is it possible to load into RAM *everything* (all the extensions I need, with their dependencies and the related config files) at boot-time?

The aim is being able to remove the media (CD/USB) immediately after booting, without the risk that some application may need to access the booting media at any time.

Naturally, the solution I am asking assumes that no other media (e.g. hard disk) is used for data storage, not even temporarily.

If possible, how do I go about to achieve this?

Thanks
